I know most of you already know about this, but I wanted to blog about it anyway.
Brian found out Monday morning that he was being let go from RSC. They were downsizing nationwide and he was a new guy so he had to go. Although Brian has been looking immensly for another job since we moved and we knew this was just an intermediate job, it came as a shock. We were supposed to close on the house today and thankfully someone was watching over us and the news came before that. After weighing the pros and cons of Florida and OKlahoma, we have to say we are extremely excited to move back home. Brian is looking forward to new adventurous and the family that he will get to know better. I do have to mention that I will miss the warm weather and beach greatly, but that is ALL! We will be headed out next week.
Little did I know that Madison would be having her 2nd Birthday with my family. We are so happy and excited. I must mention that Daisy is NOT going to want to leave my Mom's house. Maybe we will get to see a good snow... See you guys soon

Just some recent pictures of Madison. She is really talking about everything now. We are excited about Christmas this year with her. She wants to open the presents so bad. We have had hot weather so we have been going to the beach quite abit. We found a forclosure house that we are buying and we are looking forward to closing on it mid Jan. It will be a lot of fun to make the house our own.
I had my first experience with Madison taking her diaper off after she pooped yesterday. It was all over her hands, but thankfully she didn't smear it over anything like I have heard happens. After we washed up I went to get the diaper and Daisy had already eaten every bit of it. Is that normal? I am really grossed out by it!.

Well,
Madison's Mimi arrived yesterday and she was happy to see her. Madison likes having her here in her familiar surroundings. Mom arrived yesterday around 1 and the flight went really well. Yesterday was also one of our coldest days. I don't think it ever made it out of the 60's. The weather is supposed to be upper 70's and down in the mid 50's at night, just beautiful. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving and the big FEAST....I know the next 2 weeks are going to fly by but we are going to make the most out of it!

Out of the blue!
So, I just wanted to share with you all that I am getting used to Madison popping out with new things everyday including her developing speech. Well, today we were eating lunch listening to her music CD and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" came on. She just started singing it as clear as day. She would say "up above the stars", "twinkle twinkle", "how I wonder" with such a beautiful lil tune. It was the sweetest thing ever. She reminded me a lot like Samyia when she started singing out loud at Uncle Mike and Aunt Sheri's house. Madison was in la la land just like Samyia.
Cape Coral Living
I have started this blog so my friends and family can keep up with our lives. As most of you know I stopped the whole myspace thing. It was consuming up entirely to much of my time. I have seen this blog spot before and here I am trying to keep you updated with my family.
We moved to Cape Coral on Aug. 15, 2008. We have always vacationed down here and loved it. We decided somewhere after the first of the year that we wanted to get out of Orlando and move down here. WELL, who would have known that everything would fall into place for us and 6 months later here we are. After being on the market for only 4 days our house sold and Brian got the job we needed to get us down here. We are renting a beautiful house with a pool on a canal. We will be glad to buy, but we are waiting for the right time and the right house.
Madison and Daisy have adjusted just fine. I am involved with a moms group and have been able to meet some great women. Brian is getting a lot of fishing in and me and Madison are loving going to the beach often. The gulf is absolutely beautiful even more so than the East Coast. We get to see so much more sea life and the water is calmer and warmer and the sand is like powder. I will write more later, just wanted to get started.
