Well,

Madison's Mimi arrived yesterday and she was happy to see her. Madison likes having her here in her familiar surroundings. Mom arrived yesterday around 1 and the flight went really well. Yesterday was also one of our coldest days. I don't think it ever made it out of the 60's. The weather is supposed to be upper 70's and down in the mid 50's at night, just beautiful. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving and the big FEAST....I know the next 2 weeks are going to fly by but we are going to make the most out of it!

Out of the blue!

So, I just wanted to share with you all that I am getting used to Madison popping out with new things everyday including her developing speech. Well, today we were eating lunch listening to her music CD and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" came on. She just started singing it as clear as day. She would say "up above the stars", "twinkle twinkle", "how I wonder" with such a beautiful lil tune. It was the sweetest thing ever. She reminded me a lot like Samyia when she started singing out loud at Uncle Mike and Aunt Sheri's house. Madison was in la la land just like Samyia.

Cape Coral Living

I have started this blog so my friends and family can keep up with our lives. As most of you know I stopped the whole myspace thing. It was consuming up entirely to much of my time. I have seen this blog spot before and here I am trying to keep you updated with my family.

We moved to Cape Coral on Aug. 15, 2008. We have always vacationed down here and loved it. We decided somewhere after the first of the year that we wanted to get out of Orlando and move down here. WELL, who would have known that everything would fall into place for us and 6 months later here we are. After being on the market for only 4 days our house sold and Brian got the job we needed to get us down here. We are renting a beautiful house with a pool on a canal. We will be glad to buy, but we are waiting for the right time and the right house.

Madison and Daisy have adjusted just fine. I am involved with a moms group and have been able to meet some great women. Brian is getting a lot of fishing in and me and Madison are loving going to the beach often. The gulf is absolutely beautiful even more so than the East Coast. We get to see so much more sea life and the water is calmer and warmer and the sand is like powder. I will write more later, just wanted to get started.
